Our model enables clinics to scale efficiently while maintaining strong financial controls and operational discipline.Position SummaryThe Accounts Payable Coordinator manages and oversees payables-related processes and communications, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and strong vendor relationships. This role supports invoice review, recurring services tracking, corporate credit card administration, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while serving as a key point of coordination within the accounting function.Job ResponsibilitiesReview and assist with invoice processing to ensure accuracy and proper approvalsAssist with month and year-end closing activities including accruals, reporting, and 1099sOversee corporate credit card coding and communicate directly with cardholdersRecord autopay transactions through ERP bank activityCreate and maintain internal trackers for recurring services (e.g., utilities)Lead month-end statement reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesRespond to inquiries from vendors, field teams, and internal departmentsFulfill ad-hoc requests for AP data and purchasing historyCoordinate new vendor setup and transitions during M&A integrationsManage AP communications across multiple platforms and inboxesAssist with month-end close, accruals, and AP reportingEnsure adherence to company financial policies and internal controlsMaintain organized digital AP records in compliance with audit standardsSupport implementation and optimization of AP automation toolsProvide guidance on coding and policy adherence to AP team membersPartner with Purchasing, FP&A, and other departmentsParticipate in process improvement initiativesPerform additional accounting duties as assignedRequirements:Skills and QualificationsRequired3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accountingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting multi-entity or multi-location organizationsPreferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, Bill.com, or similar systemsHealthcare industry experienceWork EnvironmentFully remote positionRegular use of department and company chat toolsOccasional mandatory audio and video meetingsFull-time schedule with occasional overtime during close periodsEqual Employment OpportunityAlpha Aesthetics Partners is committed to equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
