Reporting directly to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead, the TAS collaborates closely with Regional Presidents and Residential Branch Managers to identify, attract, and secure both new and experienced Sales Associates for various sales offices. This role involves proactive prospecting, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure a seamless transition into the Weichert family. The position requires travel within the region to meet with potential candidates, attend industry events, and establish relationships with local real estate schools and community organizations. The TAS is responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, utilizing innovative recruiting strategies, and maintaining high standards of candidate evaluation to meet the annual hiring goal of at least 48 new sales associates. This role is integral to supporting the company's strategic growth objectives and maintaining its reputation as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 1.5 years of recruiting experience or significant sales/management experience involving hiring and team building. A valid driver’s license is required, as travel within the region is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and possess strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, coupled with excellent networking and cold calling abilities, is crucial. Basic math skills and familiarity with standard office equipment are also necessary. Experience in sourcing, tracking, and managing leads using various tools and programs will be advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach, creativity in recruiting methods, and the ability to present confidently to small and large groups. A background in real estate or familiarity with industry-specific practices will be considered a plus.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, contact, and meet with potential candidates, including new and experienced Sales Associates, to fill open sales office positions.Build and maintain relationships with local real estate schools, industry events, and career fairs to generate candidate leads and promote Weichert’s employment opportunities.Conduct interviews both on-site and off-site, utilizing Company-branded tools and best practices to assess candidate suitability and fit.Negotiate compensation packages and communicate benefits effectively to prospective hires.Support and attend industry networking events, career seminars, and community activities to enhance Weichert’s visibility and attract talent.Utilize internal and external sourcing programs to track leads, manage candidate pipelines, and report recruitment progress to management.Collaborate with Regional Presidents, Branch Managers, and the Sales Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies.Achieve a minimum of 48 new and experienced Sales Associate hires annually, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales teams.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the recruitment team and organizational objectives.BenefitsWeichert, Realtors offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus plan.
