ATTENDANT (ICE)

Are you passionate about skating and creating a fun, safe experience for guests? Join our team as an Ice Attendant at Rec-Plex North and Rec-Plex South! Job Summary As an Ice Attendant, you will help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all skaters. This role includes monitoring open skating sessions, assisting with facility preparation and clean-up, and providing excellent customer service. You will also support various ice-related activities, including hockey, figure skating, and special events. Normal Shift: Varies Key Responsibilities Ensure guests follow facility policies and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness in the ice arena and surrounding areas Assist guests with questions and provide top-notch customer service Support special events and ice rentals as needed Respond effectively to emergencies and administer first aid if necessary Qualifications or Desired Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Skating experience is preferred but not required Reliable and punctual, with availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to adapt to different situations and physically participate in rink activities Why Join Us?
