OneAdmin Planning & Operations has an immediate opening for a limited term position as a OneAdmin Planning and Operations Manager at the Supervisor I level. This position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to the AskAdmin team within OneAdmin Planning and Operations. This is a high impact unit that performs the handling/processing all AskAdmin requests through a Case Management System (CMS), phone system, and general email inbox. In addition, the Supervisor I follows up on complex Ad-Hoc requests, provides training and resources to AskAdmin professionals, and ensures quality standards for the unit. Desired characteristics of this position will include and are not limited to: Direct experience in managing a team that deals with a high volume of calls, cases and/or email inquiries Experience in triaging cases to multiple HR and Administrative groups and problem solving before escalating to Tier 2 teams. Familiarity of existing OneAdmin Systems, including the OneAdmin Case Management System, OracleHR, and MyStateFundCareer Build and maintain effective relationships between business units Exceptional interpersonal and strong managerial ability Ability to develop and engage individuals into a high-preforming team Proficient in handling multiple priorities Knowledge of State Fund policies and procedures Desired Qualifications Ability to analyze and evaluate requests submitted through a variety of channels Experience in preparing written scripts, reports, and recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to independently research through a variety of databases to provide feedback and determine the best solution Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in preparing reports in Microsoft Excel Ability to coordinate, facilitate and create/give presentations Ability to work collaboratively across functions toward shared objectives Ability to inspire and coach a high performing team You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement .Special RequirementsEffective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits.
