As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Assist with the construction and coordination of subcontractors for additions and new construction.Operate hand and power tools to complete tasksPerform general labor duties on job sitesFollow safety procedures and protocols at all timesCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsCommit to on time arrivals and an eagerness to work and advanceDemolition, Digging and raking, material handling, & assisting sub contractors and excavators with simple to moderate tasksWork includes bathroom remodels, additions and new construction, site work, excavation, & hardscapesRequirements:Prior experience in construction or a related fieldAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong work ethic and positive attitudeBasic knowledge of construction tools and equipmentAbout Us:D Rohde Home Services has been providing top-quality home services to the Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange County area for over 20 years.
