This role supports commercial, industrial, and retail projects ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 and is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting active construction and maintenance projects by managing documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, project communication, and overall workflow execution. This role directly contributes to project efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and coordinate subcontractors and vendorsProduce and update project schedules for clientsSchedule, attend, and document project meetingsProcess RFIs, submittals, change orders, and maintain related logsUpdate drawings, specifications, and project documentsDocument punch list items and support closeout activitiesAssist with preconstruction planning and resource procurementProcess subcontractor invoices and prepare monthly client billingSupport quality control efforts throughout the project lifecyclePerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination, administration, or project managementProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ProjectExperience with MS Field Services/CRM is a plusStrong communication skills (written and verbal)High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to work with senior leadership, clients, and vendors professionallyStrong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off401(k)Standard 8‑hour work scheduleLocationBoynton Beach, FL (In‑person role; must be able to commute)
