This role requires floating between ICU, PCU, and MedSurg units as needed to ensure patient safety. The nurse must be available to work on holidays and weekends, with an expectation of every other weekend shifts.Responsibilities Deliver nursing care across ICU, PCU, and MedSurg units. Maintain a high standard of patient safety and care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Adjust to changing patient needs and unit demands.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Experience in ICU, PCU, and MedSurg nursing preferred. Must have basic life support (BLS) certification.
