Travel Executive
Key Responsibilities:Manage high-volume, complex travel bookings including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerariesCoordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visas and scheduling optimizationMonitor travel in real time and proactively adjust plans to address delays or disruptions, including after-hours support as neededMaintain clear communication with travelers to ensure a seamless experienceTrack and manage travel expenses in compliance with company policiesMaintain accurate records, documentation, and travel preferencesBuild and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors, including private aviation when requiredNegotiate rates and service agreements where applicableSupport executive administrative needs and cross-functional initiatives as neededQualifications3–7+ years of experience in travel coordination, or corporate travel managementProven experience managing complex, high-frequency executive travelStrong knowledge of international travel logistics and time zone coordinationEstablished network of travel vendors preferredExceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate with urgency and provide support outside standard business hoursStrong communication skills and high level of professionalism and discretion
