We're looking for an HR Generalist who is equal parts people-person and operational powerhouse.This is a true generalist seat. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from the moment a candidate applies through their last day, while also being the go-to partner for our fulfillment and ecommerce teams on anything people-related. You'll juggle recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, and culture-building without missing a beat. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and love bringing order to complexity, this role was built for you.WHAT YOU'LL DOTalent Acquisition & OnboardingOwn full-cycle recruiting for hourly fulfillment roles, corporate positions, and everything in betweenPartner with hiring managers to define roles, write compelling job postings, and move candidates through the process with urgencyDeliver a best-in-class onboarding experience — from offer letter to Day 30 check-in — ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for successMaintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data integrity across all recruiting activityPayroll & HR AdministrationProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for a diverse workforce including hourly, salaried, and overtime-eligible employeesMaintain HRIS records, personnel files, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor lawsAdminister benefits enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination; serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit questionsManage leave of absence requests, accommodations, and related documentationEmployee RelationsBuild genuine relationships across all levels of the organization — from the fulfillment floor to the executive suiteHandle employee relations matters with empathy, consistency, and sound judgment; escalate complex issues appropriatelyConduct investigations in a thorough, impartial, and timely mannerPartner with managers on performance management, coaching conversations, PIPs, and corrective actionManage offboarding and conduct exit interviews; surface trends and bring forward actionable recommendationsCulture & Employee EngagementPlan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives that reflect our brand and valuesChampion an inclusive, high-performance culture — especially in the fulfillment environment where engagement directly impacts productivityAct as a visible, trusted presence on the floor; maintain open-door energy at all timesCompliance, Safety & Continuous ImprovementEnsure all HR practices comply with applicable employment law; keep policies and the employee handbook currentSupport safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes in partnership with operations leadership.
