Requirements:
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Six months of fast-paced work experience preferred
Ability to lead a team of 15–40+ employees
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare clear shift and production reports
Flexible availability for varying overnight start times
Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills
Job Duties:
Lead and support mail-processing employees
Assign tasks and coordinate daily workflow
Monitor production volume, quality, and accuracy
Help sort, scan, label, and process mail
Communicate operational updates and concerns
Prepare shift and production reports
Train employees and reinforce processing procedures
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Help the team meet daily productivity goals
