Analyze patient care data and provide reports to management and various patient care providers. Work closely with staff and management of all levels to provide accurate and timely data and analysis. Participate in the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Perform reporting and analysis, primarily using SQL and other organizationally supported tools, including HEDIS and CAHPS survey methodologies. Establish datasets to provide meaningful healthcare data for planning, tracking, and identification of success criteria and metrics.What You'll Need 2+ years solving complex problems using SQL and Snowflake programming languages. 2+ years as a programmer with extensive experience in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel reporting. Knowledge of EMR database and reporting, with the ability to investigate, aggregate, and analyze data to meet end-user criteria. Familiarity with Snowflake and the SQL Server Business Intelligence stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, SQL Server). Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
