This position will have hybrid, remote or in-person availability located in Saginaw, MI.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee development and maintenance of systemsAnalyze and make recommendations regarding technical direction by identifying client needsTranslate between clients' needs and the actual applicationsEnsure system security standards are implementedWindows Server deploymentM365 support and deploymentOversee maintenance of backup solutionsQualifications8+ years' experience working in an information technology setting (MSP experience preferred)Proven experience of Microsoft Windows Server, including SQL ServerProven experience with working in a virtualization environment. (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)Disaster recovery experience and strong understanding of security, threat detection, prevention and remediationKnowledge of emerging technologies and initiativesAbility to seek supplementary knowledge and understanding of systems supportExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot issues outside of your knowledgebaseDemonstrate problem solving strategies and practical knowledgeAbility to work effectively with clientsProficient in IT securityProficient in backup technologies and concepts surrounding backups including replicationExperience working with and managing a workload which is distributed across multiple teams and departmentsM365 experience, including migration, setup, and managementLeadershipAbility to work independently while taking responsibility for own initiativesExcellent interpersonal skillsLearn and understand how position is critical to the success of the organization and be willing to accept responsibility and be accountable for own actionsBenefits & PerksWe are committed to investing in our people, both professionally and personally.
