POSITION SUMMARY Direct Support Professionals provide care and support for the adults with disabilities who live at a David’s House Ministries home. This includes personal care for some and friendship for all. DSP’s are there to support our residents in living life to the fullest! EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent DHMIN provides on the job training Must have a valid Michigan driver's license COMPETENCIES Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a willingness to learn Ability to adapt to working on a team or alone Ability to remain calm in an emergency Must have written documentation skills HOURS & PAY Part-time and full-time positions include working every other weekend 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions are available Pay is based on experience, starting at $15.85/hr COMPANY'S WEBSITE: https://www.dhmin.org/
