This role combines hands‑on development, production support, and data architecture, ensuring high data quality, performance, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize Snowflake data pipelines, models, and SQL queriesSupport ETL workflows, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuningImplement CDC, SCD Type 2, and Data Vault / dimensional modelsPerform root cause analysis for data issues and ensure data accuracy and integrityManage data quality checks, validations, and reconciliationsSupport production systems (Snowflake, DB2, Airflow/ESP)Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutionsMaintain documentation, runbooks, and support processesRequired Skills5+ years in data engineering / data warehousingStrong Snowflake experience (development & data modeling)Advanced SQL + scripting (Python / Shell)Experience with ETL tools & orchestration (Airflow, ESP)Knowledge of CDC, SCD Type 2, Data Vault / dimensional modelingFamiliarity with CI/CD, Git, ServiceNow/JiraNice to HaveSnowflake certificationExperience with enterprise or real‑time data environments
