Job Description We are seeking PRN Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) in Denver, CO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accountable for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures Demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe patient care delivery Patient Population High-acuity Telemetry patients with conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and congestive heart failure (CHF) Patients with multiple comorbidities such as diabetes and COPD Patients requiring advanced treatments, including ventilator support, dialysis, IV therapy, and respiratory interventions Position Details Location: Denver, CO Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) Job Type: PRN Duration: Ongoing Shift: Days (7:00 AM-7:30 PM) and Nights (7:00 PM-7:30 AM) Pay Rate: $54/hour Start Date: ASAP Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience Experience with high-acuity Telemetry patient populations required LTACH experience preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) Active Texas RN license
