Front Desk Concierge

Elevated Living is looking for an experienced front desk concierge director at one of our luxury communities in the downtown San Francisco area. About Elevated Living: Elevated Living is a software, services, and resident engagement company that works with luxury apartment communities. Our goal is to offer property managers and residents a single point solution to manage their property as it relates to software & staffing. About the position: We are looking for someone to join our growing team in the San Francisco bay area. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can take the lead on growing & developing our San Francisco market. Our goal is to help residents love where they live - and this position with embody that goal. Responsibilities for this position include: Working with and helping manage multiple front desk concierge team members. Assisting with managing the front desk concierge team when appropriate Assisting with package management, amenity reservations, and move-ins. Providing an excellent customer service experience to residents Working together with on-site property management team when appropriate. Being a people person In this role, you would be working on-site with flexibility on shift selection. This role has upward mobility potential as we gain more properties in the Bay area.
