HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator in Rochester, NY. This role will partner closely with HR teams across the U.S., providing critical coordination support to the business and its employees in the area of: HRIS Systems administration; assisting employees with general concerns; supporting a portion of our payroll processing; assisting employees with entering/managing leaves. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone with previous HR coordinator, operations or specialist experience. If interested apply today!Pay Rate: $25-$30/hrSchedule: M-F 8am to 5pmKey Responsibilities:HR Systems & TransactionsSupport HR transactions within Workday (hires, changes, updates, etc.)Maintain accurate employee records across systemsAssist with data entry, audits, and reportingPayroll & Timekeeping CoordinationSupport weekly payroll processing in partnership with the corporate payroll teamProcess leave-related payments and special pay transactionsReview and reconcile employee timecards in DimensionsValidate payroll data and review post-submission reports for accuracyTrack and manage payroll-related data using ExcelEmployee Leave CoordinationSupport employees seeking information about leave; aid employees with entering leaves of absence.
