Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior .NET Application Architect / Lead Developer with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in application architecture. This role requires deep technical knowledge, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with client stakeholders while supporting mission-critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale .NET applications with a strong focus on architecture and performance
Define and enforce architectural standards and design constraints aligned with business and technical requirements
Integrate architectural functions into the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Evaluate feasibility of architecture solutions and propose alternatives when needed
Assess and manage the impact of architectural decisions across the product lifecycle
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to support production environments
Provide AEC Level 2, 3, and 4 application support in accordance with client standards
Upgrade .NET frameworks, jQuery packages, and UI frameworks to enhance security, performance, and compatibility with modern web standards
Evaluate third-party products and tools for integration into delivery system environments
Draft and maintain data and information management standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in .NET application development
Strong experience in application architecture and design
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and accountability
Proven leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in production support environments

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 83000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 128000 per year

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
