Inside Sales Representative – Logistics & Aggregate Supply
About the Role:We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our client base in the aggregate supply and logistics space across Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive on the phone and email, organized with quoting, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.You’ll play a key role in handling inbound inquiries, generating new business, and coordinating closely with operations and vendors to deliver excellent service.What You’ll Do:Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries quickly and professionallyGenerate new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-upsPrepare and manage quotes for aggregate materials and trucking servicesBuild relationships with contractors, developers, and project managersCoordinate with vendors and trucking partners to fulfill ordersMaintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activitySupport the Business Development team in closing dealsStay informed on local market pricing and demandWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or logistics experienceStrong communication skills (phone, email, and follow-up)Ability to multitask and manage multiple quotes/orders simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferred Experience:Background in construction, aggregates, or trucking/logisticsExperience with quoting or pricing servicesFamiliarity with CRM systemsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + bonus opportunitiesGrowth path into Business Development or Account ManagementSupportive, team-driven culture[Add benefits: health insurance, PTO, etc.]
