They are very flexible and offering choices regarding the shift schedule and hours. They currently have six Hospitalists. $ The base starting salary range is from $250,000 to $350,000. Requirement : The new Hospitalistsmust be comfortable doing codes and working in the ICU as the primaryattending with Pulmonary/ Critical Care consultant co-management. Internal Medicine/Hospital Medicinetraining is their first choice. This hospital currently has an activeHospitalist program in place which currently includes six Hospitalists. Work Schedule and Hours : This hospital isvery flexible regarding offering choices regarding the shift schedule andhours. It can be 7 days on and 7 days off. They can also offer a choice ofan 8-hour or 12-hour shift schedule. It will depend on what the internist/hospitalistneeds and wants.
