Basic QualificationsExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or Risk Management Experience in managing projects (cost, schedule, risk, etc.) Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation in the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain special program access Must have the ability to work on-siteJob DescriptionAs the Senior Staff Project Manager on the Production Engineering team, you will oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) for the Production Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT), serving as a liaison between senior management, managers, and the project team for a new start restricted access effort. You will also ensure the development of mechanisms for monitoring earned value progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, execution teams, and internal/external stakeholders.Additionally, this role will oversee risk and opportunity management for the Production Engineering team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, initiatives, and studies in support of Production Engineering earned value initiatives. These activities span technical, programmatic, and administrative content to include anomaly resolution, risk mitigation, opportunity exploitation, project leadership, program management support, engineering support, and process evaluation. In performing these activities, the successful candidate will regularly interface with executive management, program leaders, and other disciplines to develop comprehensive solutions.
