Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic account development.Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Paragon customersBuild and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customersConnect with existing and prospective customers to set up meetings (both at customer site/offsite and factory/showroom tours)Produce and send quotes, enter sample product requests, coordinate samples of fabric/paint/acrylic and literature as neededProvide oversight and open customer communication from quote to shipmentUnderstand customer needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutionsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or servicesDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targetsCoordinate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, operations, engineering, support) to ensure timely delivery of productActively engage in sales meetings and marketing initiativesMonitor account performance and provide regular reports to customers and leadershipResolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionallyStay informed about industry trends and competitor activityDevelop and maintain standard KPIs that coordinate with the sales forecastQualificationsAbility to travel as required.Must be able to work on-site at our Arlington, TX headquarters.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air as needed.
