This is a field-based role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple service requests.This position includes an on-call rotation and may require occasional evenings or weekends.What We OfferCompany vehicle, tools, and gas card providedTool reimbursement available (if needed)Direct hire opportunity401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffDuties & ResponsibilitiesTravel to multiple commercial sites to complete maintenance and repair workDiagnose and troubleshoot issues across various building systemsPerform general repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and paintingInstall and replace equipment, fixtures, and components as neededComplete service requests efficiently and within assigned timelinesAccurately document work performed and submit service reportsCommunicate job status and updates with dispatch and supervisorsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working conditionProvide professional, customer-focused service at all timesFollow safety procedures and company guidelinesQualifications1+ years of general maintenance or service technician experience preferredExperience in multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a field environmentComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical workAbility to stand for extended periods and climb laddersValid driver's license requiredWork EnvironmentField-based role servicing commercial propertiesTravel throughout the Sacramento regionFast-paced, hands-on work environment
