Full-Time Instructional AideSt. Anthony Catholic School is a historic and picturesque VPK-8th Grade Diocesan School located in San Antonio, Florida. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Instructional Aide to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students, particularly in a primary/elementary classroom setting. This position requires a nurturing individual who is passionate about childhood development and committed to fostering an inclusive classroom environment.ExperiencePrevious experience working with children in a primary/elementary educational setting is preferredFamiliarity with classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning atmosphereStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleaguesDutiesAssist the lead teacher in implementing small group instruction and 1:1 supportSupport classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured environmentEngage with students to promote learning and development through interactive activitiesHelp prepare educational materials and resources for lessons, bulletin boardsSupervise students at lunch and recessParticipate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in elementary educationSelected candidates must complete a Level II background screening and a series of Safe Environment-related courses to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and community.
