Dental Facilities Cleaner / Janitorial

Position: Dental Office Cleaner / JanitorialSchedule: 20–30 hrs/week (~2pm - ~7pm)We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated person to join our team to help clean and maintain our multi-floor dental facility. This position plays an essential role in supporting our patients, providers, and staff by ensuring the building remains clean, sanitary, safe, and presentable. Hunsaker Dental is a well-established dental practice with modern facilities in Salem and Monmouth, Oregon. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting, and can work independently while following established cleaning procedures and schedules.Responsibilities:Daily cleaning of dental clinic, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas, approximately ~13,500 sq/ftFacilities maintenance - Periodic building inspection & repair, maintaining HVAC / electrical / plumbing systems, paint touch-ups, etc...Proper floor care for carpet, laminate, tile, and vinylGlass and window cleaningStainless steel detailingSupply restocking and trash removalFollow infection-control procedures for clinical settingsReport maintenance or safety issuesQualifications:Communication skills, follows written and verbal instructionsCommercial or healthcare cleaning experience preferredReliable, detail-orientedAble to work independentlyBackground checkBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTOCompensation:$19/hour
