This candidate will work in a control room environment to provide ground system support services for International Space Station (ISS) Ground Systems to include Operations Engineering support for ISS Payloads and other NASA programs.The Ground Systems Controller is responsible for configuring, monitoring, and recovering critical ground system services required to support Marshall Operations Systems, Services, and Integration II (MOSSI II) contract. Critical services include telemetry receipt, routing and archival, voice/video distribution, and configuration management systems. Operations are conducted 365x24x7.The individual selected must be willing and able to work all shifts (11 p.m. to 7 a.m., 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.).
