Data AnalystOur client, a leading organization in supply chain solutions, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: McAllen, TX Pay Range: $14.00-$17.00 What's the Job? Build, maintain, and optimize advanced Excel models using complex formulas, macros, VBA, Power Query, and Power Pivot. Develop and manage databases, performing complex queries using SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar). Design, automate, and enhance reporting dashboards; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Support cross-functional teams with custom reports, data extraction, and analysis. What's Needed? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, nested and complex formulas, macros, and VBA automation. Strong experience with SQL, including managing relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high accuracy, with proven ability to implement process improvements and optimize workflows. What's in it for me?
