The Private Pay Billing and Collection Specialist will reconcile accounts, process and monitor payments, resolve discrepancies, and engage with residents and families regarding their billing inquiries. This role also includes generating invoices, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the internal team to resolve outstanding balances effectively. Customer service and financial accuracy will be key aspects of daily work.QualificationsProficiency in account reconciliation, billing processes, and payment collectionStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficientlyExceptional customer service and communication skills when interacting with residents and familiesExperience in healthcare billing or accounting is a plusProficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in an on-site team environment and multitask effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in billing or finance are desirableGreat benefits including PTO up to 23 days per year, Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K match, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance and Tuition Assistance.pay between $21.65-26.45 per hour.
