You'll keep our front-line inventory road-ready so families can ride safely. Clean work area, organized tools, no excuses.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForReal powersports experience — a powersports/MMI certificate plus 1+ year hands-on, OR 2+ years of related repair experience.Diagnostic mindset — you don't just throw parts at problems; you find the root cause and take pride in getting it done right the first timeValid motorcycle license with a clean driving recordThe Physical RealityYou'll be on your feet, bending, kneeling, and lifting — frequently 20+ lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with help. You'll work in a shop environment that can get hot, cold, or humid depending on the season.
