* Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
* Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations
* Assist with bussing tables and managing guest relations to create a seamless dining experience
* Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
*Basic qualifications*
* Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
*Preferred qualifications*
* Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus
* Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems enhances guest service capabilities
* Fine dining experience is highly valued for this role
* Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
