Data Entry Specialist Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourOur Client's Team is in the Heart of The Woodlands! We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a position in a beautiful high-rise office building located along The Woodlands Waterway. Enjoy a professional work environment with paid garage parking and a convenient location in the heart of The Woodlands.Position Overview This is a high-volume data entry role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently after training. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive, energetic personality who enjoys working with data and maintaining organized records.Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy Update and maintain customer information in company databases Transfer and input information from physical records and electronic files into designated software systems Create, save, and maintain electronic documents and records Verify data for accuracy and completeness Organize and manage large volumes of information Follow established procedures and guidelines for data managementQualifications Previous data entry experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Data entry and document creation Saving, organizing, and maintaining files Advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables are not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training Strong organizational and time management skills Positive, energetic, and professional attitudeTraining Comprehensive training will be provided on the proprietary software and systems used for data entry and record management.Additional Information One in-person interview required Background check required prior to employment Paid garage parking provided If you are a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data and can thrive in an independent work environment, we encourage you to apply today!
