Longleaf Hospice is a locally-owned hospice with offices located in Covington, Atlanta & Roswell, offering end-of-life care to those with life limiting illnesses in the communities we serve. We believe that this very special care is best provided by professionals who live and work in the community they serve. Longleaf Hospice offers care to patients across the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas by traveling to the patients' home or their assisted living/nursing facilities. The goal at Longleaf Hospice is to help patients maintain an alert pain-free life through comfort care.
