Logistics Specialist

In this role, you'll own the flow of materials-from receiving to staging to delivery-and ensure every shipment meets customer expectations. You will work closely with suppliers, engineering, and project teams to maintain a smooth, accurate, and customer‐focused logistics operation.If you take pride in flawless execution, thrive in fast‐paced environments, and enjoy solving problems before they become bottlenecks, we want to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Delivery CoordinationManage all aspects of shipping, routing, deliveries, and customer communicationProactively identify and resolve freight, packaging, and delivery issues before they impact customersCoordinate transportation requirements with internal teams and external partnersMaterial Handling & Warehouse OperationsPull, stage, QA, and prepare orders for outbound deliveryReceive, inspect, and accurately put away all inbound deliveriesPerform goods‐receiving transactions in SAP and maintain precise inventory recordsManage delivery tracking, asset control, and material status reportingSupplier, Compliance & Documentation SupportProcess customer requests related to compliance, documentation, and industry standardsWork with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurateResolve invoice and AP discrepancies to maintain clean, timely financialsProcess Improvement & Operational ExcellenceMaintain and update material trackers, reporting tools, and logistics documentationIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to efficiency, accuracy, and customer experienceSupport additional logistics and operations duties as assignedSkills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handlingProficiency with SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational, reporting, and time management skillsAnalytical problem solver with the ability to multitask across multiple projectsHigh attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with suppliers, engineering, and project teamsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related roleExperience supporting technical, construction, or data center environments is a plusWhy Black Box?Black Box is a leading global technology solutions provider with 2,500+ team members across 24 countries.
