KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Military recruiter for skilled/unskilled labor (Navy); former service members with recruiting exp welcomeWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring cleared talent, specifically within the military and Navy communities. This role requires a results-driven professional with at least 5+ years of recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Work in partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to anticipate staffing demands and implement recruiting strategies that deliver top cleared talentDeliver and maintain a world-class client and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.Build and maintain strong pipelines of military and Navy talent for skilled and non-skilled labor (Laborers, Electricians, Pipefitters, Outside Machinists, Painters, Shipfitters, Welders, Sheet Metal Mechanics, etc.)Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Maintain compliance with government and company hiring policies.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted in lieu ofIdeal candidate:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on military cleared roles.Proven track record recruiting military and Navy-affiliated candidates: skilled and non-skilled labor (Laborers, Electricians, Pipefitters, Outside Machinists, Painters, Shipfitters, Welders, Sheet Metal Mechanics, etc.) Strong understanding of clearance processes and requirements (Secret or higher)Acceptable candidate:Former military service member (from the Navy; however other branches welcome) combined with 3+ years of recruiting experience2-3+ years of recruiting for Navy, Airforce, &/or Marine affiliated candidates for skills and non-skilled laborStrong understanding of clearance processes and requirements (Secret or higher) Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates and recruitment workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in our corporate officeCompensation depends on experience but is typically $30-35/hr
