Your commitment to delivering the highest quality of food, product standards, sanitation, and safety will ensure that every person’s dining experience is extraordinary, every time.The Ideal Candidate WillHave a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and giversHave proven cooking experience as a Sous Chef in fine diningHave experience working in a high-volume kitchenExperience in culinary and administrative responsibilities of a kitchenPossess a high school diploma or equivalentAssist in training new and existing kitchen staff in the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes per the current menuBe willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certificationBe willing to work weekends and holidaysBe able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for long periodsMaintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team membersBenefitsTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
