We treat it that seriously.We are hiring Shipologists who thrive in structured, high-accountability environments and take pride in measurable performance.If you are energized by hitting targets, improving metrics, and operating with precision — you’ll fit right in.If you prefer minimal oversight, loose expectations, or an inconsistent pace — this will not be the right environment.What You’ll Be Responsible ForYou will execute daily fulfillment operations with:Speed – Consistently meeting or exceeding pick/pack productivity targetsAccuracy – Maintaining near-zero error ratesReliability – Strong attendance and punctuality standardsAccountability – Owning mistakes and correcting them quicklyCore responsibilities include:Picking, packing, and shipping e-commerce orders with efficiency and precisionUsing scanners and fulfillment systems accurately and consistentlyPerforming inventory cycle counts and protecting inventory accuracy metricsReceiving and inspecting inbound shipments to uphold quality standardsMaintaining organized, optimized warehouse systemsSafely operating pallet jacks and material handling equipmentIdentifying inefficiencies and proactively suggesting improvementsThis is a physically active role.
