Director of Engineering

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing, multi-site food manufacturer to identify a Director of Engineering to lead capital strategy, plant engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives across their 10+ facilities. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting significant growth, new equipment investments, and operational scale-up across all of this organizations 10+ sites.Location: Position can be home based for someone currently residing in Wisconsin, or relocation provided and based out of HQ south of Minneapolis, MNDirect Reports: Project EngineerReports to: VP of EngineeringTarget Candidate:Hands on food manufacturing engineering exp.Strong mechanical engineering background.Dairy experience preferred.
