We are looking for Design Engineer & Pattern Maker Assistant Job Description: The client is the leading global manufacturer of tactical gear and equipment for military and law enforcement. We are seeking a creative and passionate designer/pattern maker to join our team. You'll work closely with our Product Engineer, supporting daily operations and new Qualifications: 1+ years of design project experience. Collaboration experience with sewing machine operators in a live production setting. Portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in visual and interaction design principles. Proficiency in Accumark software. Solid pattern-making expertise. Knowledge of various textiles, including lightweight, stretch, nylon, cordura, and aramid fibers. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and possess a collaborative spirit. Commitment to maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment. Working Environment: This position is based in our office environment, providing a professional setting for customer interactions and collaboration with team members.
