We are looking for Design Engineer & Pattern Maker Assistant Job Description: The client is the leading global manufacturer of tactical gear and equipment for military and law enforcement. Our wide range of products is designed to meet the needs of tactical operators, including plate carriers and vests, hard armor and shields, carrier accessories, and more. With a focus on innovation, quality, and durability, The client is a trusted brand among professionals who depend on their gear in high-stress situations. We are seeking a creative and passionate designer/pattern maker to join our team. You'll work closely with our Product Engineer, supporting daily operations and new Qualifications: 1+ years of design project experience. Collaboration experience with sewing machine operators in a live production setting. Portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in visual and interaction design principles. Proficiency in Accumark software. Solid pattern-making expertise. Knowledge of various textiles, including lightweight, stretch, nylon, cordura, and aramid fibers. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and possess a collaborative spirit. Commitment to maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment. Working Environment: This position is based in our office environment, providing a professional setting for customer interactions and collaboration with team members.
