We’re hiring a Deployment Specialist / Generator Technician to support generator deployment, retrieval, fueling, and maintenance across California. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands‑on fieldwork, travel, and independent problem‑solving. About the Role As a key member of our field operations team, you will: Travel to job sites (~80% travel) across California to support equipment deployment and service. Deploy, retrieve, refuel, and maintain portable generator units. Operate trailers, trucks, forklifts, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently. Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation including fuel logs, service records, and safety reports. Work outdoors in all weather conditions while following strict Cal/OSHA safety standards. This role is ideal for those with experience in field service, mechanical work, power generation, diesel/gas engines, or equipment operations.
