DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist I to support and maintain technical infrastructure across a growing enterprise environment. This role provides hands-on support for end-user technology, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a positive user experience through responsive service and direct collaboration with business teams. This role is ONSITE IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN!This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and user interaction in a fast-paced operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide frontline support for end-user workstations, hardware, and related software (including scan guns, label printers, laptops, tablets, and peripherals)Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, implementing effective corrective solutionsParticipate in IT documentation and knowledge base updates to support team efficiencyAssist with system imaging, equipment deployment, and lifecycle managementSupport system changes, upgrades, and rollouts affecting end usersCollaborate with third-party IT vendors providing equipment and support servicesRespond promptly to system outages and service disruptions to minimize downtimePartner with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality IT supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or 2+ years of direct IT support experienceExperience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and domain environmentsHands-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suiteStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience supporting Apple devicesExposure to manufacturing or operational environmentsWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service mindset and communication skillsAbility to work onsite and collaborate directly with end usersOrganized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and processesWillingness to learn and grow within IT operationsRequirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or at least 2 years of direct IT support experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, and domain environments.- Hands-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with Apple devices is preferred.- Experience working in manufacturing or operational environments is a plus.- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users.- Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and process management.
