The role involves working with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsUnderstand healthcare workflows and business objectivesIdentify process improvement opportunities and create process documentationCollaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholdersSupport solution design and implementationPrepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagramsAssist with reporting and compliance documentationWork in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and ConfluenceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experienceHealthcare domain experience preferredStrong analytical and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or EHR systemsExposure to data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.)Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teamsAbout Aaratech Inc.Aaratech Inc. is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative solutions across healthcare and enterprise domains.
