Paralegal

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury or bodily injury cases to support attorneys in all phases of litigation and pre-litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and settlement documentsManage client intake, medical record collection, and lien resolutionCommunicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counselOrganize case files, maintain calendars, and track deadlines in case management softwareAssist with deposition preparation, demand letters, and settlement negotiationsConduct legal research and summarize medical records and expert reportsQualifications:Paralegal certificate or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of hands-on experience in personal injury or bodily injury lawProficiency with case management systems (Clio, Filevine, or similar) and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesKnowledge of insurance claims handling and bodily injury terminology preferred
