What You MUST Have Strong plumbing knowledge (field experience or deep technical understanding) Proven sales ability (in-home sales or home services preferred) Confidence discussing money and options face-to-face Strong people skills and a professional presence A competitive, performance-driven mindset Valid driver's license & ability to travel locally Only plumbing experience, no sales?
