Project Management CoordinatorMon-Fri 8am-5pm CST On-SiteWilmington, DE/Tallahassee, FL/Springfield, IL/Logan, UT/Sacramento, CACSC is looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our growing company. The primary purpose of the Project Manager Coordinator role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management in order to deliver business value. This position focuses on coordinating a seamless onboarding experience for Lien Perfect for Lenders customers, managing account setup and ensuring client data is refined, validated, and successfully uploaded into the Lien Perfect system. Candidates should bring a passion for project management, relentless customer focus, and a zeal for successfully delivering complex projects that drive business value. Some of the things you'll be doing:Lead projects in support of client onboarding Set-up all new Lien Perfect customer accountsRefine, validate, and upload client data into Lien Perfect Partnering with sales and customers to ensure proper expectations are setMonitor project progress and report to key stakeholdersWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field; project management and/or general business management, or equivalent related IT experience. PM training and certification are desirable, but not required.Five or more years of project management experience, with precision focus on solving complex business problems for customers both external and internalAdvanced Excel skills (automation, complex formulas)Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing "soft skills" or "people skills"Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK and Agile), and knowledge of project planning toolsStrong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidenceAbility to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality typesAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,00-$60,000.
