Lead Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Greater Boston for a Lead Engineer. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing engineering projects that enhance energy delivery infrastructure and systems. Daily responsibilities include overseeing engineering teams, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and providing technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is an integral part of the role. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Power Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Renewable Energy SystemsProject Management experience, including planning, budgeting, and timeline managementProficiency in using engineering software tools and applications for analysis and designLeadership skills to guide engineering teams and manage cross-functional collaborationStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for addressing complex technical challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagementBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Professional Engineer (PE) license and experience in regulatory compliance are advantageous
