EH&S Regional ManagerThe Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and programs that ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment for all employees.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Safety & ComplianceConduct facility inspections to identify environmental, health, and safety risksDevelop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures and schedulesMonitor compliance with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulationsEnsure adherence to OSHA and environmental standardsProgram Development & TrainingCreate and implement comprehensive health and safety procedures across all business unitsDevelop and deliver training programs on:Emergency responseWorkplace safetyRegulatory compliancePromote a strong safety culture through education and engagementReporting & DocumentationPrepare detailed inspection reports and document findingsMaintain accurate records of:Hazardous material usage and exposureWaste discharge and environmental complianceEnsure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current and readily accessibleAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performancePerform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspectionsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree - Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (required)Master's degree (preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS or a related fieldOSHA certification/training strongly preferredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
