The hospital includes a 24-hour Emergency Department with Level II trauma designation and has an affiliation with the University of North Dakota medical school.Opportunity: Gastroenterologist - Board Certified/Board EligibleThis position is part of a planned expansion in the Gastroenterology section, offering a consultative practice with a 1:4 call schedule. ERCP skills are required, with EUS capability available in this advanced endoscopic practice.Job Details:Work as part of a team with two current Gastroenterologists in a 100% consultative practiceAll GI hospital admissions are managed by Internal Medicine hospitalist serviceFive NPs/PAs support the outpatient GI clinic and inpatient consultation serviceState-of-the-art equipment including Olympus 190 scopes with CO2, Provation and Epic softwareTeaching and outreach opportunities available through University of North Dakota medical school affiliationPractice in a tort reform state with no buy-in, no malpractice, and no overheadServe a regional area consisting of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
