Tasked with growing enrollment by recruiting, managing, and enrolling the prospective students within a given recruitment territory or degree program, Admissions Coordinators are expected to excel at working with students from the inquiry phase through matriculation at Logan University.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. General ExpectationsServe as a representative of Logan University and the Office of AdmissionsActively recruit students to Logan University and its programsWork towards achieving assigned territory and institutional enrollment goalsAbility to clearly and simply articulate the value propositions of Logan University, its degree programs, and the specific requirements for completing the application processCollaborate with the Office of Admissions leadership to provide superb visit experiences for all visitors to Logan University.Work cross-departmentally with institutional leaders to serve studentsAssist with on-campus events, including but not limited to: Future Leopard Weekends, Orientation, Advisor Day, etc.Champion prospective students (and their support systems) as they consider becoming a student at Logan University.2. Funnel ManagementProvide excellent and timely communication to students and families throughout the course of the admissions processResponsible for cultivating relationships with students via tele-counseling, emails, text messages, and in-person meetingsTasked with reviewing and evaluating applications for admission into Logan University.Connect prospective students and applicants with offices across campus as students join the Logan community.Work with the Admissions Operations team to create a seamless application review and acceptance process for studentsAssist in reviewing and following up with applicants based on their current statusAid students in navigating the financial aid and enrollment process at Logan University3. Virtual ExperienceCollaborate with the Director of Admissions and the Assistant Director of Admissions to provide excellent virtual experience options for online studentsPresent recruitment-related materials (internally and externally) and help walk prospective students through the admissions processHost prospective student lunches and campus tours, and be conversant in the university's mission, goals, history, campus numbers/statistics, etc.Assist in hosting online webinars that help educate and connect students to Logan University and its degree programs. ESSENTIAL JOB MEASURABLES:Engage with and manage more than 2,000 inquiries and 500 applicants over the course an annual recruitment cycleAnnually host 200+ prospective students and families for campus visitsAnnually host and coordinate at least 4 webinars a yearComplete at least 5,000+ phone calls over the course of a yearDeliver, manage, or respond to more than 2,500+ texts in a recruitment cycleEffectively and proactively respond to inbound communication within 1 business dayCOMPETENCIES: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to be a part of a collaborative team, Gifted at being able to listen, discern, and respond appropriately to students, families, and alumni, ability to serve students and families with a high level of customer service. COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Slate by Technolutions and Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Teams.
