Job DescriptionSales Operations Analyst – WWCO Center of Excellence*This is a hybrid position based out of our Tempe, AZ or Maitland, FL Office, Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations*Position OverviewADP is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive change management, as well as support the Sales & Partnerships organizations in improving infrastructure, including tools, systems and analytics.Collaboration with sales teams and internal partners is essential for success in this role.Must have a strong background in sales analytics and automation and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly, as this will be pivotal.This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exceptionResponsibilities:Provide analysis to help inform the sales business unit in respect to Key metrics and trendsPerform end-to-end analysis on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges in data reporting and aggregation to find opportunities for improvement.Provide highly engaged, client focused and Just-in-Time support for Sales partnersUnderstand the relationships between ADP sales and External Sales ChannelsPerform ad hoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environmentAnalyze, aggregate, and track Channel PaymentsCreate and analyze modern sales reporting and metric packages using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and other software.Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale reportsManage effective communication of updates, challenges and changes across sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experienceBring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challengesLeverage advanced analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streams that provide strategic direction to company initiativesWork independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales’ issues and questionsQualifications required:A college degree is nice to have but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.Other forms of acceptable experience include:3-5 years Operations Experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A, Insurance)Strong internal relationship building skillsMust be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standardsThe ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situationsInitiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information.Strong Microsoft Office experience.The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently while making sound decisionsExcellent analytical and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicateAbility to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision makingAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teamsAbility to strive in fast-paced evolving work environmentProject Management background another plusJob RequirementsN/A#LI-JC1#LI-HybridJob DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeCategory: OperationsSalaried: Salaried
