Our client is a dynamic entertainment agency that specializes in producing and operating immersive attractions and events across North America. They are bringing an immersive Sistine Chapel Replica to CambridgeSide Mall that will run from May 11th to June 14th, and need enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their operations team for the launch and daily management of the exhibition.Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:-Greet and assist visitors with ticketing and general inquiries-Scan and sell tickets using POS systems-Provide information about the exhibition and ensure a welcoming environmentRetail Operations:-Operate the gift shop, manage sales, and restock merchandise-Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail spaceOperational Duties:-Serve as a key holder: responsible for opening and closing procedures-Monitor inventory and communicate stock needsCompensation: The hourly pay for this position is $18/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
